Journey Kids offers an excellent children's program every Sunday—in fact, our goal is that Sunday at church will be the BEST HOUR of your child's week! Our prayer is that children will know, show, and tell of the love of Jesus Christ and have a love for the local church. It is our mission to support you, as a parent, by aiding you in seeing your child become a fully-developing follower of Jesus.
Newborns (Birth-23 months)
In the nursery at Journey Kids, we strive to create a safe, clean , and friendly environment where newborns sense God's love through caring volunteers, play, and other meaningful activities.
Toddlers (2-5 years)Children at the preschool level are incredibly curious about the world, and are learning things at an extremely fast rate! Through Bible Stories, creative activities, and worship, children discover that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever. Parents are also provided with ideas to spark conversation with their children at home.
Elementary (Grades 1-5)
The Journey Kids Elementary Ministry focuses on building the foundation of faith so that children can become world changers. Through music, Bible stories, videos, games, and activities children in grades 1 through 5 come to know God more deeply and develop their faith. Children learn how to make wise choices, that they can trust God no matter what, and how they should treat others.
Journey Kids Team Members
The Journey takes our ministry to children seriously. Our team consists of volunteers in good standing at The Journey. All have had a background check and receive ongoing training.
